How Long Will It Take?

We typically process orders within 1 business day. After processing, shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. However, please note that this is an estimate and delivery times can occasionally fluctuate depending on factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then track your package directly on the courier's website.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sunny purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we've got you covered!

 

Here's what you need to know:

  • Returns for a full refund: You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to return an item for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Returns for store credit: You have 14 days from the time of delivery to return an item for store credit.

  • Exchanges: You have 14 days from the time of delivery to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability).

 

Please note:

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unworn condition, with all tags attached.

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of any return or exchange.

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
