Shipping​

At Sunny, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we aim to ship within 3 business days.

  • Domestic Shipping (Israel): Delivery times typically range between 1–3 business days depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges​​

We hope you love your Sunny piece—but if not, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving and approving the returned item.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item or size, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
