  • All prices on the website are in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Orders are usually processed within 3 business days.

  • We ship only within Israel at this time.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.

  • Once a package has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, as required by Israeli law.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving and approving the return.
